• $250 nightly
• $1175.00 weekly

Rental Deposit and Policies:

• All rates subject to 11.67% State Tax.
• A $500 rental deposit is required upon approval of your reservation.
• The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
• Minimum 3 night stay required.
• A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
• All rates and taxes are subject to change.
• Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allowed

Damage and Secuity Deposit:

• A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival, and is refunded 30 days after departure.
• A $50 Security Deposit is required prior to arrival, and is refundable.

Refund Policy:

• A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation.
• For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
• Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee.
