Vacation Rental Rates and Policies
RATES:
3 night minimum stay except for Thanksgiving and Christmas have 4 night minimum stay.
Regular Rates |
- $300 nightly
- $1800.00 weekly

Thanksgiving 11/20 to 11/30 and Christmas 12/15 to 1/06 |

POLICIES:
Rental Policy: |
- All rates subject to 11.416% State Tax.
- A $500 Deposit is required with your reservation.
- Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Minimum 5 night stay required.
- A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- No Smoking
- No Pets Allowed

| Deposit Policy: |
- A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival.
- Damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure.

| Refund Policy: |
- A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation.
- For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
- Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee.
