Vacation Rental Rates and Policies
RATES:
3 night minimum stay except for Thanksgiving and Christmas have 4 night minimum stay.
Regular Rates |
- $250 nightly
- $1175.00 weekly
- $3200 by the month

POLICIES:
Rental Deposit and Policies: |
- All rates subject to 11.67% State Tax.
- A $500 rental deposit is required upon approval of your reservation.
- The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
- Minimum 3 night stay required.
- A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- No Smoking
- No Pets Allowed

| Damage and Secuity Deposit: |
- A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival, and is refunded 30 days after departure.
- A $50 Security Deposit is required prior to arrival, and is refundable.

| Refund Policy: |
- A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation.
- For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
- Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee.
